Better late than never, I found this article super helpful! I’m on B1 level and got to Germany around 7 months ago without speaking a word. VHS is cool yet I struggle to keep up with classes as the huge amount of grammar and little vocabulary are stopping me from keeping a conversation IRL, so been looking for other methods to improve my conversational skills!
